Holy shit I actually managed to upgrade the OQO 02+ to 2GB of RAM. I would *not* recommend this unless you've got excellent proficiency with board level work and like to gamble with irreplaceable objects. I only have one of these characteristics, so the result is a bit of a hack job.

I considered OQO to be the Holy Grail of handhelds back in the day. A *full* computer in your pocket! I was never able to afford one back then, but recently I came across a unique opportunity to buy a real collector's item: the Model 02+ prototype that was cancelled when OQO went bankrupt in 2009!
