Had to call Harris County Sheriff the other day. 4 hours later I get a call from the deputy that was &quot;dispatched&quot;. They never showed. He claims he did. Is there any office I can speak to about this? It seems the responses are becoming impossible timeframes or now non-existent.

Had 3 large screws on TOP of the microwave. Inside of microwave arc&#39;d and looked like a Tesla Coil sending jolts up to that top area of the microwave. Turned off microwave. THAT part OUTSIDE was extremely hot.
