Saily and Esim.me - how to get the Saily esim QR Code

Hi~ So, my phone doesn't support esims, but it is compatible with the esim.me physical sims recommended on the Saily website. I got one, and I'm supposed to upload in the esim.me app my Saily esim QRCode. But because my phone doesn't support esim, I can't install the Saily app to get said QRcode (android). I feel like I fell in a loop hole and that when I'll land in a few hours, I won't be able to activate my freshly purchased Saily esim. Does anyone face that problem before? Any tips?

Edit Solution: If you are in the same situation, you just need to contact Saily Customer Service by mail to request the QR Code of your e-sim. They replied to me in less than 24H, but be safe by asking as early as you can.
